Step 2: Think about what you're storing
All of our units are drive-up, without climate control. That's perfect for furniture, tools, lawn equipment, holiday decorations, sporting gear, business inventory and anything that already lives in a garage. For heat- and humidity-sensitive items, photos, documents, electronics, use sealed plastic bins, keep things off the floor on pallets, and add moisture absorbers.
Houston-area tip: Never store items directly on the concrete. Pallets or shelving keep air moving and protect against condensation and spills during our rainy months.
Step 3: Understand the costs

At move-in you'll typically pay your first month's rent (prorated, with any special applied), a one-time $10 move-in fee, a $50 security deposit, and an optional protection plan if you choose one. Every charge is itemized before you pay.
